Modern American kitchen and a spacious living-dining room with all the details and access to the balcony with necessary furniture to relax and enjoy the clear views.
Private parking, wifi and air conditioning.
Quiet area, 5 minutes from the beach. Ideal for walking or cycling. Shops, stores and restaurants are very close. Perfect location. You can reach the beautiful town of Roses walking along the seafront and forget about the car.

El piso está fenomenal. Se nota que está recién reformado, con todo nuevo, sencillo pero con buen gusto. Los metros que tienen están muy bien aprovechados, y se tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una estancia agradable. La terracita es la guinsee more

En cuanto a localización, también perfecta, porque está a dos calles de la playa, de restaurantes y tiendas, pero a la vez en zona tranquila.
