First line of the sea. Spacious apartment facing the beach. In this apartment, you will enjoy unforgettable holidays, with all the comforts. At night, the sea breeze will make your dinners on the terrace reach another level.
The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with a double bed each and the other bedroom has two single beds. All have built-in wardrobes so you can comfortably store all your clothes. They are very spacious and bright rooms. Two of them have access to the terrace.
Spacious living room with a table for 6 people, it has an open kitchen, it is very pleasant to cook while looking at the sea and sharing the moment with other tenants.
Fully renovated bathroom with bathtub.
Perfect location, quiet area and on the same beach, bars, shops and the excellent maritime promenade of Rosas
It has the tourist bus stop 50 meters away.
Very quiet area and close to the beach and restaurants in the area.

The price does NOT include sheets or towels. The client can rent them additionally for 16€/person.
