American kitchen, living-dining room with access to the terrace with stunning views. Bathroom with shower and separate WC. Fully renovated flat, very well decorated and with private parking space. Perfect location near the beach and Roses town.
Quiet area 7 minutes from the beach and urban centre. Peaceful and natural environment.
Ideal for cycling. Close to the beach, bars and restaurants.
