GENERAL CONDITIONS
- Check-in and check-out from Saturday to Saturday in July and August. Arrival from 4 p.m. and departure before 10 a.m. (Except in low season, check-in at any time).
- Minimum stay of 2 nights except in July and August.
- Stays do not include sheets and towels. Possibility of renting (16€ per person)
- Water, gas and electricity are included in the rental price.
- The flat can only be occupied by the maximum number of people specified in each advert. According to current regulations, it is necessary to present passports, dnis or identity cards on the day of arrival.
- A stipulated deposit will be charged on the day of arrival, which will be returned three days after departure if everything is correct and no damage has occurred.

In case of cancellation, the following conditions apply:

In case of NO SHOW, the tourist will lose 100% of the rental amount.

CONTRACTUAL INFORMATION
- Cleaning is not included in the rental price (according to tariff).
- Sheets and towels are not included. Possibility to rent them (10€ sheets and 6€ towels per person).
- Pet: in the permitted flats will be charged 50€ per pet per stay.
- Tourist tax: The amount varies according to the municipality. In Roses and Empuriabrava € 1 per day and person with a maximum of 7 days, for people aged 16 years or less.
- Deposit collected on the day of arrival in cash or bank card (depending on the rate) and returned 3 days after the guest's departure.
