Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet, es ist alles da, was man braucht, es ist sauber, der Pool ist natürlich ein Traum und die Vermieterin/Verwalterin kümmert sich um alles! (Die Terrassentüre hat einmal geklemmt und wurde sofort repariert)

Beautiful house with magnificent sea and Roses bay views. It has two floors. On the first floor, a bedroom with a double bed and access to a large terrace with spectacular views of the entire Roses bay. This room has an independent external entrance. On the lower floor, we find the entrance, a fully equipped and renovated American kitchen and a beautiful living-dining room with access to the terrace from where you can enjoy impressive sea views. It also has two bedrooms on this floor. One with two single beds and access to a balcony with sea views. And another bedroom with two single beds. Fully renovated bathroom with shower tray. It is a detached house with parking space and a communal swimming pool. 15 minutes walking to the beach and with spectacular views make this house a magical place to spend your holidays. The ideal is to move by car, because being up in the mountain, there are slopes and although the beach is 2 minutes by car and 10 minutes walking.
