Magnificent Contemporary High-End Villa located 7 minutes from Canyelles Petites Beach. Situated on a rocky promontory facing southwest with no neighbours. Panoramic views of Roses Bay, infinity pool and spectacular sea views make this house a dream place to spend your holidays.
1,500m2 garden extends to the Natural Park, where you can walk among vineyards and coves. Space exclusively designed for guests.

The Accommodation
The villa, with an area of 180 m2, consists of 4 bedrooms and an independent studio
- 1 family room with 1 double bed and an individual bed, and a bedroom with a double bed, are located on the upper floor, sharing a beautiful terrace with sea view and a bathroom with toilet.
- 2 bedrooms on the lower floor, one double with two single beds and the other, triple with 3 single beds and sea view, share a bathroom.
- A studio next to the pool with a double bed, large window with open sea view, shower and small washbasin, will be available in April 2022.
The large 60 m2 living room with its open kitchen and bar area opens to 3 large windows, on the ground floor with views of terraces or the infinity pool, where you can enjoy the barbecue and pool lounge admiring the captivating Mediterranean.
All rooms/studio and living room have air conditioning (6 appliances)
Traveller Access
The villa is located at the top of Diego de Velázquez street, you can park freely on the sidewalk in front of the villa, or enter the car through the private driveway closed by a large manual gate.
You can walk down to the beach in less than 10' (a bit more to climb up) through a public staircase
You will find shops, particularly the Suma supermarket open from April to September, many bars and restaurants, including the beach club very popular among teenagers, or the Pirata from the Vistabella 5* hotel and its legendary champagne party...

The house is not recommended for children under 3 years old, the pool has no alarm and the garden is quite steep.
